What we do
E-commerce websites. We design and build online stores, including Shopify, set up so customers can find what they want and buy without friction.
Klaviyo flows and email marketing. We set up the automated Klaviyo flows that bring in revenue in the background, such as welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and post-purchase, and we plan and run email campaigns.
AI visibility. More buyers now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google's AI before they choose a business. We check what those tools say about you and your competitors, then fix what is missing or wrong: your business information, your structured data, and the pages AI reads to answer questions about your category.
Agentic commerce readiness. AI agents are starting to compare, book, and buy on behalf of customers. We make your products, services, and booking flows readable to those agents, so you are an option when they shop.
AI revenue systems. Once people find you, the follow-up has to work. We build automation for lead capture, instant follow-up, appointment booking, and pipeline.
Who we work with, and who we don't
We are a small agency and take on a limited number of clients at a time. We work best with owners of established businesses who want AI tools to describe them correctly and recommend them, and who would rather have the work done for them than learn it.
We are probably not the right fit if:
- You are looking for the cheapest option or a one-size package.
- You want a guaranteed top spot in ChatGPT. Nobody can honestly promise that. What we can do is show you exactly what changed, with before and after checks.
- You need a large agency with a full account team.
How a project runs
- Day 1, audit call. 20 minutes. We run your category through ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity and show you where you are and aren't recommended.
- Days 2 to 3, written plan. What we will fix and in what order. Nothing is built until you approve it.
- Days 4 to 14, the build. Content, schema, structured data, and agent-readable offers. We need one short kickoff call and access to your website.
- Days 15 to 30, live and optimizing. We track citations and competitor mentions and keep adjusting.
